Bad translations, kind of hard to read. I thought for a bit the hero was the MC's grandfather then he talked about he could return. Really confusing.

These four deserve each other. Doubt the MC's relationship with the other 3 will survive. He will know deep down that his GF wants to be with the other guy.

I'm going to guess, she becomes a pretty good alchemist so that when the hero heads out he asks her to join his party. It will me our main character that saves the girl, not the hero. It seems that in all of these stories having knowledge of what is supposed to happen always leads to changes.
