@Ergodos, Yes, I mean bi-monthly, aka twice a month. Bi-weekly would be nearly impossible with all these twitter extras and other promo illustrations Norio draws.

@N0Mi0 This is not a weekly manga, but a monthly one. It's going to change to a bi-monthly format starting in May, though.

I've been an avid manga reader for almost 30 years and I don't care about Manhwa and Manhua, so I really want to filter them out, especially now that the amount of korean and chinese titles on mangadex is increasing and making it more and more difficult for me to navigate for new manga titles...

Why is this title categorized as "josei"? The individual chapters are published on Shinchōsha's "kurage punch" website and the individual volumes are released under the label "bunch comics", same as "Gokushufudou: The Way of the House Husband", which is categorized as "seinen" on mangadex. I...

@TSP You did a fine translating job. Don't listen to naysayers, they have no idea what they're talking about. If they want to have any translation as "pure" as possible, then they just have to learn japanese and buy the originals. Problem solved.

Wow, someone is really translating this? ... I can't believe it! I saw the anime back in the late eighties on french TV as a young teenager and bought all the old tankobon volumes in Japan in the late nineties. The manga is a charming old school romcom. Keep the tranlation up! Well done !! 😁

Just for your information, the artist is actually a woman, born in 1974. Before becoming a pro mangaka in the late nineties, she had a job position as a teacher and was active in a doujin circle under another pen-name.

Modern technology (flatscreens, computers) in Kowloon? Japanese style work place, japanese food stands and rather spacious private apartments? .... What a weird romantization of the walled city. I prefer Itakura Azusa's version of Kowloon in Tao no shiro. It's a more realistic portrayal of that...
