Agreed, I found it weird how people started calling her competent in the other chapter just because of the way she dealt with an embezzler. She isn't competent at all, she just wants everything to be about herself.

Sometimes I really hate this hobby... seeing terrible manga keep churning chapter after chapter where nothing happens for years and then there are gems like this that get canceled in the middle of the story. I can think of quite a lot of isekais that I'd gladly cancel to keep this going.
