To be fair, they're clearly drawing their name from what the series becomes. The actual title of this manga frankly makes no sense anymore, as Misora is no longer an idol, nor is she in hell (she used to hate her job, if you recall).

The games themselves don't generally take that long. If it's 3 chapters per game and 2 chapters between the last two games then that'd be 8 months!
