Tried once and it didn't, again and things showed (although there's no way to tell if that actually fixed it due to how this is very explicitly an off-and-on problem) and also tried setting it to also display H-Manga, and I'm CURRENTLY no-longer getting the issue. It might come back again...

I'm not using any chapter language filters at all, no. All chapter languages are visible to me. For the past hour or so page three has been . I hit refresh just now and it's Go to page 6 and it's back to the first image again, and then I go back to page 3 and it's once-more like the first...
