Regarding chapters 1 to 3 and the extra (volume 1), I'm not sure if MD allows uploading of them since the first volume had been licensed by DMG, according to MU, but they didn't continue the rest of its volume afaik. Bliss did scanlate the first volume, though, in case someone wanted to know... o_O
