why tf this manga has such confusing pacing

I am really confused with pacing of this manga.. Feels like author just yelled "RANDOM SETTING GO!!!" and that's how this manga was created. We have isekai'ed(?) demon king, maid who looks like is perfectly fine with that, some random slave who asked MC to kill some other dude, random timeskips...

It looks to me like author did not know how to lead this story, so he made the plot turn to classic 'demon vs humanity war' with op MC

The ending I see is MC leading Sayu to the altar with the boy she likes, while MC ends with one of the other girls. That would be the most reasonable outcome in my opinion. That said I'm still not sure if it's the endind that I want.. I mean Sayu and MC look so cute together, and other girls...

What I like about this series - it looks light-hearted, with comic looking like expressions and drawings, but if we consider what MC actually did it isn't that light-hearted anymore. He tortured one of his teammates, he injured other team's captain and now he is trying to probably injure whole...
