It is all ready set to hide, still see hundreds of unavailable chapters everwhere. example page: https://mangadex.org/updates more specifically all those 'MangaPlus' chapters, they are not hidden, and when 'oh cool, an update I'll go read....', it isn't actually here!

There appears to be a remarkable increase of 'phantom' chapters here at manga dex, ie: the chapter shows up in lists, updates, etc. But when you go to read it, it is actually not there. Is there a way to remove these chapters from all of this sites listings? It is getting real tiresome to...
