+100 yes, I'd really like for this to be possible! One problem with locking comments on chapters until they're released is that all of the spoilery comments are spilling over into the main manga comments thread. I've noticed that happening with Kaguya-sama lately.

I'd say just pick whichever one gets your attention the most and just go for it. The songs, anime, manga, and novels are all different timelines anyway, so it doesn't matter too much which one you choose first. If you like the series, you'll eventually read/watch everything in the end anyway...

I think I'd prefer something like a dedicated subforum, sort of like the "I'm Looking For..." forum section on MangaUpdates. The problem with having a single sticky thread for all requests is then you'll have a bunch of overlapping requests, and it'll be more unclear who's responding to what...
