Since this is a Japanese story the only way you'll have confirmation is if it's literally in the title or the sole aspect of the character/story featured. So she's just quirky. A little bit eccentric if you will. Completely normal and neurotypical otherwise. :huh:

After 6 years and 2 anime seasons, the end. A big thank you to those involved in scanlating from the very start to bring this tale to a wider audience. It was a very nice read, and reached the point where other non-Takagi contemporaries take too damn long to. The ending wasn't too special but...

Man, these last few chapters are hitting it right out of the park. It's neat to see Erisu's thinking process get changed up after being smitten by the newest addition to her family (even if she still can't help but refer to Mina in a disparaging way while praising her but hey, small steps)...

This chapter was wholesome overdose. But then it ends on water exposure and leaning over the balcony and I feel myself internally going :notlikethis:

Kind of a dumb story without further elaboration on the payment though. If you can use somebody else's life years as payment, what's stopping somebody from pulling a UNO reverse card or putting down the names of every kid at an elementary school? We're firmly at the point where the stuff that...

Depending on the manga, the image captured might not reveal the ghost even though the camera (or character) can see it. It's possible the resulting picture just had some vague distortion.

Thanks for the chapter! I missed the bball action. They captured the feeling of training well here...and I wonder if that daydream is a prophecy of something that'll happen in the finale? Probably a timeskip involved, since I imagine 9 chapters is a bit too short to move things along that fast...

The cold steel enters through his chest cavity, skilfully dodging his ribs and plunges into the shrivelled, peanut-like heart encased within. A hollow "thunk". Blood soaking into the fabric surrounding the knife's hilt before spreading further and further outwards, mindlessly intent on dying...

The breakdancing scene would unironically be really cool in anime form.
