She is not a situation where she can fight/kill freely. And, like others have said, she is trained as an assassin, not as a spy. I think a lot of people have issues with her personality because it's uncommon in this genre. She feels like a shounen character.

Assassination and espionage are not the same thing. She doesn't have to be great at everything to be a renowned assassin. I'm sure we'll see better performance from her when she's better acclimated to the palace.
