This was a real strange pair of chapters. I guess it's world building to show how the rest of the town/people see his very unique handling of people, but this wasn't needed or should have been done as a much shorter 'omake' story than anything else. Heck, it's bad for us reading it scanlated...

Generally when a few chapters are dumped in a row, I just comment on the final chapter of the dump with my thoughts about what happened. Especially in a two page per chapter series like this.

Huh, never noticed the related section and there being a whole separate story apparently with the girl. Hope someone translates that as well for some backstory. Also I'd vote for three at a time as well simply for progressions sake.
