I’m still not convinced she’s insane. Insanity implies that she has a lack of control. She just seems like she enjoys killing people on a whim, and would rather get drunk and sleep with her men than actually run the kingdom.

I wish that we could have seen her being evil before she died...plenty of emperors fought lots of wars and had lots of women. I don’t really see the evil yet aside from the story just telling us. So far, she just seems kinda malicious and really capable.

I love how Iruma looks super innocent while the rest look like they’re plotting a crime. Somehow, they’re all adorable. Especially Clara. And purson is absolutely hilarious.

I feel like this is the second or third type of story I’ve read that’s like this... is this a sub genre, like otome game villainesses?

I feel like everything is moving super fast, to the point where so much is happening that the chapters feel short. It feels like every otome villainess cliché sped up and on steroids. It’s not necessarily good or bad, it’s just a lot.

"I want you to be gentle with me, like when you touch a soap bubble." Oh my god that is hilarious. I love that he's an angsty teen. Plus, his struggle seems to mirror Iruma's. They're kind of like foils for each other.

I'm really appreciating seeing the difference in species. Demons use human connections (empathy, family bonds, loyalty) as weapons against them, and their perception of the world is completely different. Elves, from my view, aren't all that different from demons when it comes to not making close...

Even though it's a stereotypical isekai, I like that he has Ai to teach him. She's like a tutor. In most of these kinds of stories, the MC just figures out everything by himself. It's nice that he has somebody to talk to as well.
