I see no problem with the Harem route for this one... just don't add more girls, only the three we know, becuase with today's declaration of those "feelings" you gotta either go that route or force two new male charscters and bloat the story.

The guy cares about himself and how the feelings of others validate him or not, that's why azusa's confession "healed him". All their life he took shiho's silence towards him as if she was sad, tired or sickly until MC appeared, you can see all that in previous chapters.
