Seems like this is gonna have the same issue as the first chapter. Wouldn't it be simpler to add the individual parts as "chapter 1.1, chapter 1.2 & chapter 1.3"? That way it will be simpler to combine and won't give issue to people wanting to read when it has yet to be combined.
