Yep definitely, although the reordering of the chapters 15-19, in the anime does give a stronger emotional payoff in episode 8 IMO.

Oh I see, my bad. I thought in that panel it was Mitama claiming that she'll beat Atar and Loki and then realizing she lost to Atar so backtracking in the next one. Now that you mention it, it's probably Yukito pointing out that Mitama lost to Atar. I'm not sure how I'd change Loki's dialogue...
