MAL lists 8 chapter for volume 3 because chapter 66 of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer was included in it. All chapters are now known and chapter numbering should all be fixed. Currently missing: chapter 21 and 23 (volume 3, chapter 3 and 5) and chapter 26 (volume 4, chapter 1)

The translation for this one is insane. Amazing job.

@NibbPower From what I quickly looked at, some chapters seem to have pages out of order, if I know what these wrong chapters are, I can provide the original batoto ordering (and original batoto files).
