I believe that option is for single/double page mode. If you're talking about being sent to the top after reading a bit of the chapter while in long strip mode, that's a known bug, it's not related to your settings.

Usually the END tag is added to main chapters, not specials.

If you make a group and upload under that group then you get edit right for the manga you upload. Otherwise you can report the manga, that's what that function is for.

This seems to happen when the chapter is completely loaded in longstrip mode. To avoid this until it's fixed try setting the number of preloaded pages to 20 (so the chapter loads faster and you're sent to the top sooner rather than at the middle or end of the chapter), preload the whole chapter...
