The art style is nice, but the frames are very busy. The important elements don't stand out from the backgrounds and effects, which makes them very difficult to parse. The panels also don't flow cleanly into one another.

This has become a completely generic rom com. You might not have liked the first couple chapters, but at least it was original. There are 500 million other series like it is now and it's just stretching itself out.

@pwpwwqwq An ambitious studio could come up with some very creative selective uses for color and a mostly black and white anime would make drawing easier and thus allow for better movement and animation. Not that that's going to happen mind.

It's just the same juvenile wish fulfillment, but with an older protagonist so that aging people can self insert instead of just high schoolers. There's loads of these "overpowered mary sue protagonist leads a quiet life" series now.
