Contractions like this are very common in Japanese and are used widespread across all age groups, which go against the definition of slang. From...
The biggest problem with using slangs where there were none in the source material is that the translator is essentially building an ice sculpture. It will only make sense for so long before those slangs get outdated and become obscure words that nobody knows what they mean. Since the Japanese...

I'm not sure if we're reading the same manga here. Algard hates the world for not giving Anis the privilege she deserves, and he went on a rampage to destroy it because of how much he loves his sister.
The definition of 'oshi' is still debatable since it's a culture that originated in Japan and has no direct equivalent in english cultures. The translation ranges from stan, idol, favorite, to 'oshi' (as in without needing to be translated).

A vassal just badmouthed about her boss (who happens to be listening) and he's just there chilling and nodding... You can't expect him to be a bad person.
It's their baby face at work. Asians in general are also quite short. You can see on page 9 that they're actually taller than a mother who already has a child that big (presumably in grade school). Even so, I bet they're all still a head shorter than westerners in general.
There's one big difference between the two.
A tsundere tends to blame herself when something goes wrong, a menhera on the other hand will blame everything on you.
