I was gonna upload a few of the missing chapters but then i noticed that i will have to do some research first on which ones the artist is going to allow. Hopefully someone else out there will want to figure some of this out.

It's pretty much a catch 22 though. From readers perspective they usually don't care and the delay is just annoying. But from a scanlators perspective what possible other method is there to get people to go from the aggregator onto their own website. The majority of groups have a lame website...

I don't mind the delay. The point of the delay is accomplished when a series is so good that people are desperate to read the latest translation. Ideally they go to the scanlators website and read there. Literally the only time i would use the other websites that don't care about the scanlators...
