Oh, one thing I hadn't considered about the (apparently) upcoming babification chapter: Rentarou himself has never been turned into a baby. Then again, the prospect of Hahari being anywhere near a baby Rentarou may be just too much to contemplate.

Nano's flex on the "Jugemu Jugemu" ramen was even more impressive when you consider that Shizuka does memorize all her books, just to be able to talk. (Admittedly, she probably usually takes more time than a mere glance to do it.)

I love the zig-zag. Is Kishka's dad homeless? Does she have a weird and inappropriate relationship with an older man? Oh, whew, nope, she's just... doing whatever you call that. Autoinfantilism via puppetry. Much more wholesome!

I think the everyone-is-in-a-ridiculous-predicament chapters (like this one, or the karaoke chapter) are my favorites.

For what it's worth, her glasses were off, and one beady pupil visible, all the way back in the Kissing Zombies arc (ch. 12), when Kusuri first hit her with the "If this gets splashed on you, your skin will burn with unimaginable pain"/"Melt-ya-face-off" drug — and Rentarou was staring at her at...

Having the number of caretaking "moms" be greater than one will probably help. We later get a couple of glimpses of the nature of Hakari's dreams, so the dream in which she and Karane "decided to stay friends" is... intriguing.

It's kind of funny that Kusuri's original chapters — and her general personality — are wild enough that you never stop to ask just why an 18-year-old felt the need to create an immortality drug, failed or not. The reveal here — that it was meant for Yaku, who presumably needed it — makes a lot...

Huh, Tama is the first girlfriend who's not connected to the school in any way. (Yaku is the only other one who's not either a student, a faculty member, or in the household of the chairwoman — but of course her granddaughter is a student.)

Oh, now I think of it — to go along with the Museical Club, there should be a μ'sical club, to put on tribute Love Live concerts.

It took me several reads to realize that Kusuri's dad is wearing a patchwork shirt for most of this storyline because his original shirt exploded when he hulked out at Uncle Hiro. Presumably he's gotten really good at stitching shirts back together.

My sole complaint about this chapter is that Yamame's butterflies should have become caterpillars.
