There almost certainly won't be any romantic liaisons with the new character. Its just that jealousy gets used as shorthand for growing feelings all the time even in fluffy stories. Personally not a fan. IMO too many of them go "oh you're jealous that means you like her" and leave it at that...

I'm always worried something like this would happen to my partner. Their pain tolerance is absurdly high.

That was a rather nice coming out scene. I figured shima's past love would be a queer one since she hadn't gendered the person at all until now. And man the job hunt bit at the end is a big mood. Interviewing sucks so much. I also took the first offer I got.

Those flying buttresses in the 1st panel establishing shot are in the wrong fucking place and look awkward. Being a pedantic person, I'm annoyed by this.

I dig the art and the premise but I find Himes costume design kinda offputting. It goes beyond "sexy robot" to "silly." I guess its just not to my taste lol. Thanks for translating. Looking forward to learning more about this world in the next chapter.

The two irl friends are in the loop on that situation. As for everyone else, maybe it only shows you that stuff if you've accepted a friend request?

It is creepy. In the world of the story it also means the character has zero sense of self preservation. I just hope there isn't any assault depicted. I get that its meant to show the reader "wow look at how good at acting maki is" But like. Its a stupid choice. The only way I can justify it...

Personally I like the to not pages and find them interesting. I think you should keep doing them
