I actually don't think they have enough information. Usually young is accompanied by parents. And if this is the type that leave the nest early kind of thing, doesn't that mean more might start migrating further soon. Depends how many babies dragons have..

This actually reminded me of a historical romance I read. There wasn't any magic in it but the two Main characters did meet at a masquerade ball like the one in this story.
