Sekai de Ichiban Oppai ga Suki! - Vol. 3 Ch. 25.5

Maybe the chapter got posted out of order? The first page says "27" though I can't read Japanese so I don't know what the context for the number is.

    Umareru Seibetsu wo Machigaeta! - Vol. 1 Ch. 14 - Post Operation 13th Day . Part 1

There aren't meds to treat gender dysphoria, and each trans person's level of dysphoria and their ability to live with it varies a lot. At any rate, every individual's transition experience tends to be a bit different. The author's seems to be a bit atypical, in that she felt good immediately...

    Futaribeya - Vol. 4 Ch. 32

Everyone probably knows this, but "Isn't the Moon beautiful?" is a poetical way of saying "I love you." in Japanese.

Umareru Seibetsu wo Machigaeta! - Vol. 1 Ch. 11 - To Become a Woman

The dilation part does suck. My surgeon had me do it 5x a day, 30 minutes at a time for the first 3 months post-surgery, then 3x a day for the next three months, then 1x a day for the next 3 months, then 1x week for the rest of my life (regular penis-in-vagina sex can substitute at this point...

Umareru Seibetsu wo Machigaeta! - Vol. 1 Ch. 8 - The First Barrier

I think that's generally what an enema is for. Not sure why the author's medical team didn't do that.

Umareru Seibetsu wo Machigaeta! - Vol. 1 Ch. 8 - The First Barrier

Huh. My surgeon had me take stool softeners from the moment I was allowed to eat actual food, since this is a known issue. Never had any problem peeing though (they kept the catheter in for about 6 days). Once I started peeing, I had to blot with tissue rather than wipe so as to not stress the...

Umareru Seibetsu wo Machigaeta! - Vol. 1 Ch. 7 - The life of an inpatient

The worst part in my case was not being able to have anything by ice chips, apple sauce, and water for 4 days, and not being able to sit upright (to avoid blood pooling in the wounds). The pain was more in my neck and back than groin really. But the morphine drip is really effective!

    Dropped manga thread.

It would be nice to have someone actively working on Catulus Syndrome: https://mangadex.org/manga/21191/catulus-syndrome/chapters/ It's freely available on the web in Japanese, so raws aren't a problem I think, but there's only 8 of 39 available chapters translated. AriteDrop did chapters 7...
