When loading an image in the manga viewer the spinning circle with a break in it that appears in the center of the loading image (around the page number) wobbles slightly as it moves. If this is a bug...

In all seriousness this might legitimately be some of the best translation work I have ever seen in a manga. The translated joke is conveyed so well here and actually makes sense in respect to the original.

Ahhh gotcha. Well that pretty much solves this mystery. Bit annoying though how Mangadex gets dmca and other aggregators like mangarock (which appeared on the second google page btw) don't, considering they tend to rip official translations.
