The Hinata-san referenced here is from Ooi Masakaz's other family life book, Ashitaba-san Chi no Muko Kurashi. She's pregnant in that story around the same time as Kyouko. Hinata-san shares "tips" with Kyouko when they meet up in their gynecologist's waiting room.
