HakuNeko then. It downloads the chapters into folders, so you just have to zip and copy them into your drive and here you go. The only drawback is that, for the first use, it has to load the entire MangaDex title list, which can be pretty long.

If you're on phone I'd recommend Tachiyomi. On PC, maybe try HakuNeko Desktop.

@monkey123 Yes, up to chapter 24 in Japanese, and the translator is already working on the next one.
