Hey uh, how does rating for manga work now?

I noticed that 13 people voted on this manga, 11 voted one star and yet the rating has a 6.2 rating listed next to the 2.1 which is probably the actual rating.

I very confusey.

Oh....... so it's skewed upwards by the variable C, the average rating of all manga.
