The one time we've seen Tsumiki's mom (chapter 2 page 27 https://mangadex.org/chapter/2c1503c4-6b67-446a-a4c5-5e2171921121/27 - again just one panel, obscured view) she looked pretty darn human - no visible werewolf traits at all. I don't think it's ever explicitly said Tsumiki's a hafu though.
