So magic doctors must normally attack people working on curing diseases in this world if his own father just tried to hydro pump the medicine chest just for saying he had a cure. The better spin would to go Monster and the doctors were trying to let a tyrant die and not being terrible assholes.

A modern era doctor in medieval times was already interesting and powerful enough for a good story. You didn't need to go full blow isekai trope and make him omega power magic man. Really now with the super magic I am feeling the story is gonna turn to garbage.

So on Chapter 1 they established that Scope was developed just before he went back in time and showed how strong his magic was and his aptitudes. Then this child shows up and uses scope 60 years in the past to see how strong he is.
