@Drinkfist Yeah, that seems out of character, indeed. Maybe he's not interested in the seed because he knows he doesn't need it? That's a very out-there theory, though, and grasphing at straws.
Also, we still don't know why he didn't make it last time, yet.

@DonGiovanni It figures a guy named Giovanni is reading this after I made Team Rocket jabs months ago in the upcoming chapters you are gonna see. I must have commented on literally every chapter of this garbage before I caught up. Yelling at the manga is how I read the bad stuff.
