Judging by what anejlek has done previously, I'm guessing he purposely put it up as chapter 26 and changed it later to try and mess up the aggregaters stealing his translation. At least he's moved on from obnoxious watermarks?

Keeping them split is fine. The people who want it fast can continue on as normal and the people who want the full chapter can wait until it's all out.
