I really dislike open-ended endings like this

Drama is necessary to help develop the relationship. Also, this manga was never pure fluff. This isn’t the first drama that’s happened. I didn’t like this chapter when it first dropped either because I didn’t see the point. Keep reading, it has a point.

Well that was anticlimactic and rushed. It would be less so if we had at least gotten a kiss. But all we got was hand holding and a “I’ve fallen for you all over again”? I assume this got axed because I don’t see any other reason why the ending would be that rushed.
