Source of info? Because if it was that severe the publishers would've cancelled Deadpool Samurai outright and made an official announcement. A hiatus could mean damage control, but not to the extent of cancellation.

It reminds me of how Spiderman Fake Red flopped with Japanese manga audiences and always suffered low sales, to the point it had to be cancelled. Like the local readers just could not connect with the material and its storytelling style, even though comic book readers (esp. the Western fanbase)...

Next chapter is the last one! Btw, I noticed a comment elsewhere saying that Octo Girl never had many views, nor sales in Japan and wondered if Marvel or Shueisha had much faith in this project.
