Did you miss the entire prologue of this series? She's been in love with him from the start, she just decided to give up after returning to the past, which doesn't make feelings go away.

For the people going on about "oh she's a fool because she thinks someone in fancy clothes is a maid", read the end of the last chapter. MC is specifically wearing 'simple' clothes, probably deliberately in order to cause this situation - she knew she'd run into that other woman at this time.

She has the same name throughout the series; primarily so you don't have to remember a new name for the MC every 20 chapters or so.
