Because of everything before that. Which is still stretching the definition of the word, given he was only interested in one girl and only like two of the girls were interested at all in him. But it was still borderline a harem in the strictest sense of the word.

I've read all 12 that are up on MangaDex and I still don't have an answer for you as to why it has the genderswap tag. Maybe something happens in the next eight chapters that are up on the publisher's website, but I have no idea.
I started reading it from chapter 1, when that wasn't there, and it's progressed in that direction exponentially since then.
