    I'm not the translator, but in chapter 3 when Diode introduces herself, the text uses "Die OD" in romaji, with "Overdose" given in ruby. As she tells the inspector, Diode is just the handle she uses. She hasn't used the name Kanna Isidoro Gendo at any point prior to this chapter.
