100% chance the translator just turned 24 cm into 24 inches. 24 cm translates to around 9.5 inches, so it's huge but not completely out of the question. whereas 24 inches... Yeah that's some kind of body horror,

If you look back over all the chapters of this, the translations of numbers have been constantly messed up. That orc army has been swinging from 20,000 to 200,000 and back again this whole time.

also, it's that trope where the majority of people are idiots and don't pay attention to context, in order to easily set up lots of "protagonist shocks people by being awesome" scenes. It's an obnoxiously overused trope

In context, it looks like he was logged in for 100 HOURS STRAIGHT, not 100 hours total. Hence why he died, he'd been gaming for more than 4 days straight.

I'm not normally one to complain about typesetting, but the vertical text on pages 22 and 34 are really difficult to read. I can't think of how they could be made readable while still looking good, but I at least would prefer readability over the current emphasis on efficiently using space...
