This manga already was a fine series, and, now, its quality rating has most definitely ratcheted up.

This serialization suffers from being stuck in the same holding pattern as the one-shot, but it's okay for the latter due to its short length. Big sis, too, is stuck. She's at a crossroads and she knows it.

After a spell, we have received a proper horror story.

Cthulhu Mum did the equivalent of what some women IRL do: travel from their developed countries to backwater nations, and shack up with local men who have, shall we say, poor prospects. A happy ending for Takeo-kun, no doubt.

There's maybe over 50% chance of a twist with each story, yet it's still fun to see what it'll be.
