@henman She's compassionate, but at this point it's just plain bullying. She doesn't have the feelings for him yet, or she doesn't show it. From his point of view he's just being harassed by this girl. But I guess for kids and teens bullying is a sign of liking someone, unfortunately.

@Glomoro Sleep is a big part of her character. Her whole character revolves around it. It's not unreasonable to say she has a condition which makes her sleep, or sleep easily. Maybe she doesn't but signs point to her having it. Reading, though, yeah another sleep condition sounds more plausible...

Adored this chapter. I like when they get into just exploring more of the worldbuilding. This arc (focusing on the cultural exchange) and the Lamia Country arc were really good at showing the less human aspects of the world, or the ways the world has to accommodate monsters, and I love it.

@Glomoro Nah it's pretty clear that she gets insanely tired with little to no stimulation or exhaustion. She can't stop herself from falling asleep even in uncomfortable situations. She's got narcolepsy.
