The manga is based on the light novel, which I believe is further ahead. It sounded like the author has been working on the light novel for this series and paused all their other work as a result. They work on a ton of different series, so it makes sense some series will go through slow...

We didn't bank them. The publisher held them for 3+ weeks then dropped 3 chapters all at once with hard to redraw pages. That's just how long it took us to redraw the various pages (and we just gave up redrawing the color pages admittedly...). Just added 104 cause of how long it was taking us...

This is typically a weekly series, so 15-18 per week is quite a lot to draw in a single week.

The 2 page spread in this chapter is what took us so much time. The raw covered 3/4ths of Kalos in that scene, so it meant redrawing pretty much his entire body from scratch, of which I'm not a redrawer. So... it took a lot of time... Sorry about that.

Sorry for the long delay! The raws didn't come out for nearly a month and then it took us quite a while to get the redrawing done. Hope y'all enjoy these 4 chapters!

Source? Cheldra literally told us themselves. I'm just taking them for their word. Cause of how well they proofread it, we actually thought Cheldra was an actual TL too, until they told us otherwise. MTLs can be proofread to look readable. It isn't all that hard. Just time consuming. The...
