I wish you were wrong, but you're valid.
In addition, why even do chapter 1? I'd understand if it was a try to improve quality or if both groups were working on the same chapter at the same time, but that's hard to believe here.
The left-most column is empty so all lines that should have been deleted have been deleted.
She's got almost enough space for 3 Tetris so maybe she should just clear a bit.
To your #1, I'd say the result matters more than the intent, but ok.
To your #2 however, "why should they" what? Apologise? because they ended up doing something they themself see as wrong. Use the right metric? because the oposite creates all sorts of stunted polls and can also lead to all...
Tl;Dr: Of you oopsie, you sorry.
Honestly, I take more of an issue with the fact that, while it was in good faith (important), the sniper:
1-used the wrong metric to evaluate abandonness,
2-did not comunicate with the previous group.
The first point feels like a learning experience in scanlation...
The name "Balance" had me think of Libra from the Binding of Isaac. The effect is also similar (but stronger), and Libra is already potentially broken.
Rather than the girl, I'm worried about the character setting up the poll. I get that it's the premise but that is seriously messed up (imagine if someone did that IRL with a dog or smt.).
I'll concede the first point. Maybe he likes to listen to himself to identify the exact mistakes or something but that hasn't been introduced.
For the other point, he was rushed and could reasonably expect broadcast guy to use the folder he asked him to use.
On defence of the MC, he gave his entire phone so of course he'd give the vocal versions too.
Now, he could have stayed arround to make sure the correct version was being used and the overall conclusion of the sequence being extremely contrived still stands but that one exact criticism is incorrect.
Converting to monthly wages can work for big sums, but for smaller ones, beers works better. Assuming the "conversion rate" was established using this method, she would have initially wanted the price of over 400L of beers. That's a lot.
So, in order (partially) to not commit tax fraud, MC creates a fake identity and said fake identity, that has neither any adress nor bank account, is the one earning all the money? Seems like a plan to commit tax fraud to me.
