@Doedoel there is a russian show where they showed the "IT guy" hacking into restaurant and getting access to IP list to track the criminal hacker. He did it via cmd, typing in "ipconfig". It was like a national internet meme for a week or two.

Somehow I never realized just how common "shrinking" episodes are in cartoons. In 18 years I've been watching cartoons on Cartoon Network (and some on Jetix (for eastern EU kids)), I think like 90% of them had that stuff in it.
