You are working with the vietnamese translation as the base, right? and you are in an agreement with the vietnamese scanlation team? If so, can they provide you with pages after cleaning, before they add their text so that you don't have to cover up the vietnamese text with those gray rectangles?

I think it's a bit... weird? To complain about other scanlators and call them snipers when you scanlate like 10 pages a month. I remember when one of such series suddenly got like 5 chapters very quickly and the estabilished group posted one and the 5 disappeared.

Well, you have no luck this time, for I yearn for the minute explanations. Every single detail, the less important the better!

My only gripe with this manga is that I get the vibe that a lot was lost in adaptation from a light novel (I'm not even sure if it was a LN originally) to make the pace faster. I would have preferred it go slower but not skip over stuff, sometimes it feels disjointed.
