I know this is a bit late, but you didn't seem to understand how horrible it sounds. It's supposed to be his punishment, so they wouldn't allow him to bring out a GameBoy. Even if he has no work, he still has to act like he is in an office. So no mobile, no sleeping, no comics, no long bathroom...
