    a lot of stories drag on for too long, but this one needs to slowdown at least 3x to actually flesh out any of the ideas it has and give them any weight. it feels like a speedrun more than a coherent story

    this appears to be a change from the LN, where she instead got her food while they were distracted by the lecture, and snuck off to a corner to finish it quickly before bolting EDIT: overall, from reading the first volume, the manga seems to make her more timid in general
