I think the twins bit was something like "Oh, phew, this new girl who looked like she was targeting Akiba has a boyfriend already... wait, they're siblings? Shit."
So he's only 20? Meaning he is the same age as the idol, meaning the girl from the flashback was definitely her?
He's the fiance, isn't he? That, or she'll cook up some scheme where they date to make the grandfather go away.
"Chiba-kun must have a very refined taste"
"Style? My style is medium guard"
I feel like something got lost in translation here.
Why was スタイル translated as "taste" and then left as "style" in the response?
The description on mangaupdates includes an explanation of the new title,
It's certainly not perfect but it's a decent match for idioms in different languages. It doesn't keep the "draw" or "paint" reference which I'd say is a bigger issue.
p29 makes me think that she's a Japanese woman who reincarnated and still has her memories, and the MC is possibly someone she knew who also reincarnated but doesn't have his memories.
As someone that reads a lot of porn doujins, this is absolutely NTR or at least based on it. "My precious mother was stolen from me" is a very common plotline (sister, too, although I feel "mother" is more common). This is obviously going for more comedy than despair, but it's still NTR-themed...
p11 - "Adore me! Worship me properly!"
That looks like one-eyed boobs talking, so it should be "Worship her properly". Right?
p26, and I think other places - missing font squares. I'm guessing that's a unicode star that didn't display properly.
That's how these stories always go. "I was fired for being useless, but I was actually super important and my former party completely collapsed as soon as I left!"
It's just modern day Japan and idols instead of generic fantasy adventurers.
