With this chapter it's made absolutely, crystal clear that Sayaka just wanted what was best for Kurumi and genuinely cared for her and her wishes. I still wonder where Kurumis message about not trusting Sayaka in her book that set the whole story off came from, the other sus stuff Sayaka did...

It's going to be interesting to see what matches up with what Sayaka has told Kurumi, here we see that Kurumi did in fact get into an accident on her birthday before her class could be announced, even if the circumstances were different
