"どろん ばあ" i.e. "Doron Baa" is something Yokai yell to scare people when they appear, according to Japanese folklore. Its closest equivalent in English is probably "Boo!". The "お" at the beginning is a prefix indicating politeness/respect. Frankly, I have no idea how to translate "おどろんばあ" into...

Thanks for translating and uploading this one! Out of curiosity, did you base your scanlation on the Spanish edition by Ediciones La Cúpula? I have that edition and the Japanese edition published by Jump Comics. For some reason, the Spanish edition does not include the "Laughing Ball" chapter...
